I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. I was helped by a young man named Patrick who was absolutely wonderful. My car was clean and I didn't have any problems. I would definitely rent from here again.

I had the best experience with Patrick Cottrell, who not only found the right vehicle for my needs, but also arranged all the seats in the van, guided me with the right insurances and was such a professional to trust. I will be returning because of his help. Great experience overall.

I've been renting cars from this location for awhile without much incident. However, several weeks ago I returned from my trip to find my personal car (Toyota Prius) had had the catalytic converter cut out of it. I had parked my car right next to the parking spaces that Enterprise uses to park its cars. Be very wary of leaving your cars overnight at this location. The parking lot is very dark at night and Enterprise has no cameras. When I brought this issue to the manager, I was told there is nothing they could do since they don't own the parking lot. ALso, no insurance available or anything. Further, there are not any cameras anywhere that are operated by the shopping center. Park at your own risk.

If you want a rental that smells like marijuana and looks like it just went on back trails in the woods this is your place! Apparently they refuse to wash cars if it’s under 40 degrees, which is ironic because I now have to drive with the windows down in freezing temps so I don’t smell like weed. If not, I hope a minivan works because that’s your only option.

I didn't receive the vehicle that I had requested. Moreover, the one I received was not clean specially in this pandemic times! I was informed by the store person that the car could be return even after 1-2 hours passed the store time without any extra charges. But the next day I received bill for 2 days rental even though I returned the car within the time specified by the store person. On contacting store to check about extra charges, I was informed the concerned store person was a new employee and he doesn't work there anymore! I have rented cars several times earlier from Avis, but I was always satisfied by their services. The only reason for me to rent car from Enterprise this time was the location proximity.
