I love that the rental process is always smooth and efficient. I always know what to expect when I get to the rental counter.
When picking car up at airport, car type we requested was not available - wanted to give us an SUV that would not have met our needs; i.e. low mpg when we were going to be driving long distance. Only car available was a downgrade and it had been smoked in, no one walked us to the car or around it to ensure no damages existed, poor service and the agent left us feeling like we were a nuisance and what we were asking was unreasonable. Was not made to feel like as a customer, we mattered - were told they could do nothing else for us and suggested we 'call customer service'
At night finding the car is not easy, as if this is your first time in Charlottesville, VA better marking, lighting, and instructions would be helpful.
