I recently rented a vehicle at the Charlottesville Airport location and it was a great experience! Lucas was extremely friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable about the area! The vehicle was extremely clean and well maintained. I highly recommend renting from this location!

I would have given 5 stars however the first car I received had obviously not been cleaned - smelled really bad. I was in a rush so had to keep it for a day. When I called, Justin from the Charlottesville Airport location was wonderful and I was able to trade that one out for another one. I hope they do a better job with checking that things are clean - especially in these times.

My experience at this particular Enterprise was great! Attendant was very nice. My issue was Enterprise actually allowing booking when they don't have any available cars. I booked at another rental location and when i got there. I was told no cars were available with no help in locating another. Just on to the next customer. You really need to fix this in your system

Easy and quick pick up and the vehicle was clean. I did have a mechanical error the last day of my rental. I got a ride to the airport, left them with the keys and they took care of it from there. Customer service team was very nice and helpful!

I would like to apologize to enterprise for my misunderstanding, and the bad review that I left recently. After having a conversation with Zachary, It was me that misunderstood, and I take full responsibility for my statement. Again, it was my fault and Yes I will use their services again!
