Grabbed a late lunch here. Tried to order their weekend special Prime Rib and even though they advertised it as a special it wasn't available.nnAlso - the sauce on the ribs is made from root beer, so it's pretty sweet. I wasn't a fan of it but others might be. Not the reason for my negative score, just a heads up so others know what to expect.nnI'll update the score in the future if we come back sometime and have a better experience.

Ordered curbside to go. Checked in at the restaurant and no one came out. Went inside and my order had been sitting. Was supposed to get a 64 oz drink because i ordered a family bundle. Just got a regular large drink. Didn't get my chips and salsa, just guacamole. The pizza was missing half of the toppings. Manager said he would refund the order on a gift card and just received $25. My order totaled $75 with tip. I'd love to give it a better rating but the customer service was terriblennA manager got back to me and provided another gift card to cover the cost of the rest of the meal. Went back and reordered today. I got a bunch of the refrigerated entrees and 2 burgers. The food was much better this time around. The burgers were a little charred but not too much to mess up the flavor. I'm just glad they got back to me. One of the better customer service experiences I've had

Friendly and welcoming staff. The hostess was working overtime and seemingly by herself to accommodate everyone. She took the time to address everyone to assure you that she knew you were waiting. The waiters all had great personalities.

Very poor service. Slow waiter. Burned food from the Appetizer to the entrée. Reported to manager she bought us berries and applesauce in place of a dry rib eye sub and Burned burger. The fee wasn't accommodated to fix their chef's issues. We didn't eat the food, but Missy the manager didn't care to fix it. First and last visit. My money will get spent elsewhere. And the waiter did get a nice tip in spite of his slow service.

Good customer service and beer but food, not so great. My mom does not like bloody steaks at all and despite having her steak sent back to be cooked more, it was still too bloody despite asking for it to be medium well. My meal, I didn’t even eat. The fries were stale and old and the sandwich was very bland tasting. Rather disappointing. I’ve been here before and absolutely loved it, not sure if I’ll be back again. At least the dog will have a nice dinner tonight!
