I was skeptical about this pay-as-you-pour model, but it turned out to be a fun and versatile drinking style. Feel like a couple sips of barleywine but don't need a whole glass? Just pour a couple ounces and then get back to that nice lager. Want to lay down a kombucha layer before your sparkling rose? How about testing that imperial stout without filling up on it? All good. Silent disco was fun novelty, but not cool if you're there to chat with friends. Easy enough to avoid, and entertaining to watch. If you want to sit down all night and be served in style, try someplace else. If you want to try lots of bevs after a UVa win over Duke, get on down to the Taproom.

Outstanding beer selection with beers you will not find on tap any where else. Best part is that you pour your own and only pay for what you pour so you can try as many as you like. A must for any craft beer lover.

Went here for lunch today and will not be back. The bathroom smelled like old pee/porter potty and didn’t have soap. After using the bathroom I went out to order food and the man who looked like the manager on duty was biting his nails the whole time he took my order and then went to pull food and prepare it to send out. Our appetizer came out with our meals which isn’t a big deal to me but the food itself was awful. Brussel sprouts were burnt and soggy... chicken sandwich was overpriced for what you get

Place is closed and they didn't have the common decency to put it on Google maps

What a great place with so many beers/ciders/wines on tap. The food was good, specifically the burger, fries, and tots! We got in around 6 on a Friday and the place was fairly empty but by the time we left, it was starting to get crowded. Extremely kid friendly which was nice. The staff was very friendly and brought games to the table to keep the kids occupied. Adult games available too like Jenga and Scrabble. We will definitely be back!
