This was my second time visiting Burton's. I had family visiting from out of state on business and they had stopped there when they had first arrived and wanted to go back. My dad has been going here since it opened and I can see why now. The waitress, Devon, is amazing. She is very attentive, courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. I'm not a big seafood person, so I asked her about two options. Devon gave me her personal preference and how she liked to get it made, it was the best thing. I appreciated her honesty, and willingness to give me her opinion from personal experience. The atmosphere is inviting, they are all keeping with CDC guidelines, and just makes you feel warm and welcomed. If you have a chance to go by and try some of the best food in Charlottesville, ask to sit with Devon, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely lovely. The ambiance was so chill and the restaurant wasn’t too loud. The food was delicious and the workers were wearing masks and gloves. They were also extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing is the tables were not socially distanced. We were very close to other people and it was uncomfortable. But if you want amazing food please do pick up. Absolutely worth it.

Solid pub upscale pub experience during pandemic. Great service, menu - food and beverages, atmosphere and food. Joyful experience, lots of regulars enjoying their Friday at ‘their’ pub. Easy to feel happy in this lively establishment.

Ambiance was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Their general Tso’s cauliflower appetizer was absolutely amazing! Cocktails were pretty good. Black bean burger and Reuben were kind of disappointing though unfortunately.

Loved the food- I had seared scallops and rice medley (succotash) that was delish. We had wings and spinach dip for appetizers also wonderful. The best part, the Key Lime round pie. The best crust ever. Made me want to slap someone else’s mama! I am going again very soon. BTW our waitress was splendid. Wish I could remember her name.
