Great for feeding a group or picnic. Quick takeout service, always busy but low waits. Lots of folks dining in and eating, so I never go inside. We love the pulled chicken and the bbq sauce selection, esp the NC Vinegar. When the peach cobbler dessert is on the menu (seasonal), order double!

The people who work at this Charlottesville store are very helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile to help you. The manager Carlos is wonderful, so helpful, caring and nice. You can see his fine character has been extended to his employees.

I have been going to this location for 2 years for my puppy. This time I went in for a cone or neck pillow for my newly neutered dog. I bought the pillow went home and was frustrated when it didn't work. I went back and my favorite employee Carlos was there. He spent a good 10 15 mins with me helping me find a colar, what the differences were between the cones. He answered questions, demonstrated how it all worked together and gave me tips to make this an process easier. Thank you Carlos!

Good experiences. We had fun with a pet contest that Carlos set up. Prices are good and there are quite a few live feeder insects types. Smaller than the Pet Smarts at 5TH Street station and on 29 but a good balance when those guys don't have stuff.
