Daren is a huge asset to Toshiba in Allentown. It is evident that he enjoys his job and cares about his customers. From the first time that he made a presentation, to several months later with the proposal of equipment options to meet the needs of the Church, through the day of delivery of the new copier, he stayed in touch and made sure that everything was transparent and well understood by everyone involved. After delivery, he followed up with further information for the machine, and checked in to ensure that everything was working properly and met our expectations. I continue to recommend Toshiba, and Daren, every opportunity that presents itself. Thank you for making the entire process seamless and easy!
When trying to set up an account they were great. Now that we need assistance by a rep they are horrible. This has nothing to do with Covid, we have been trying to reach someone since beginning of February and have been given the run around since. No calls back ever in North New Jersey.
