been using library for years loved it very helpful people
Just because past students from Shriver Job Corps didn't return their books we get the blame. The librarian from Hazen Memorial Library told us that we would be able to check out books from Fitchburg, Leominster, Ayer, Harvard and a few others. We have our own library cards under our own name. We should be able to check out books under our own cards, and not the school card.
This was the worst service and discrimination I've ever had to endure i will never be returning to this library that assistant director was rude and not even remotely helpful.
This library would not let me or my friends check out books. Why was because our school was under one library card and it had a fee because past students didn’t return the books. The assistant director wasn’t helpful and very rude to us student. She seemed very biased against the students.
Out of all the small town libraries I've been to, this one is very attentive to their patrons. I've been going at least once a week since my printer is no longer, and they are very understanding and helpful. Copy and print pricing is decent.
