I had to order some supplies from keystone for my mother! They were very responsive and the lady on the phone was so nice! Also the tech was very professional and got the job done in a timely and professional manner! He answered all of my questions so I understood how to use everything! I will be giving them my business from now on!
Ordered a knee walker which was delivered but I was unable to use because of a bad knee. It was sent back. The delivery person said it was no problem better than paying $300 for something that cannot be used. Call later to purchase a shower chair. I was told they will not deliver that Keystone is not in the habit of allowing customers to try out equipment and refuse delivery. Very unprofessional and will not deal with a company that is rude and more worried about their inconvenience.
As a nursing home social worker for 30 yrs, i have dealt with many DME companies - KEYSTONE IS THE BEST!!
