I contacted another provider first via the Acorn web site, but I was put off by their sales approach, so I canceled my order with them the day after I placed it. I was then referred to Bob by a friend who owns a local medical supply company. Bob and his team were fantastic to deal with, from the initial contact all the way through installation. Highly recommended!
Fantastic company to work with, professional and personable. Product is well made and has been used daily for 5 years without any issues. We needed battery replacement recently and Mike came out and was very professional and worked within socially distant parameters. I would HIGHLY recommend this product and this company!
The company made it easy to guage the right unit at a fair price. The installer was on time and friendly. They made a trip to verify correctness of install and customer satisfaction. They were also very helpful repairing another unit not purchased from them. It was in need of multiple repairs and adjustments and replacements. Thanks to Dave for the great service. I couldn't have been happier. I called at 7pm on a Friday night and the owner of the business picked up. After discussing our situation, he was willing to come out to my mother in laws home the next day (Saturday) given our critical need. We placed the order and the installation was seamless. They kept us informed the entire way. Although my mother in law wasn't thrilled with needing the two lifts she is very happy that she now can maneuver in her home and get outside.
