worse customer service ever, doesnt answer the phone or emails if you happen to be the owner try returning the 100 missed calls ive called as my package is lost
I purchased and item and 30 minutes later I requested a cancellation because I want to buy a better item. In fact I emailed them and asked if they have the one that I looking for but they read my email 3 days later and told me that was too late to cancel the item, and never read the second email to make a change instead. As a matter of fact I paid by Paypal that the cancellation should be automatically. Terrible customer service. No communication at all. Negligent staff. Tried to purchase a tool from this seller on EBay. They had never shipped the item, then EBay had to finally step in. Finally received my item after nearly 2 hours of being on the phone each day for two days. I wish I could give them less than one star. Very dissatisfied with this company. Buyer beware
