I researched, interviewed, and received quotes from over 6 companies, large, small and box store -to replace 6 windows.nnI’m so happy I went with Tri-State! Not only is the communication excellent, but they stand by their work! They want happy customers and they sure have one in me.nnThe subcontractor they hired to do my windows started strong but the interior finish carpentry was anything but.nnI left a voicemail with John and sent pictures. Within minutes he called me with a plan to remove the poor work and redo it. The best! Recently moved to the area and sadly, some leaky roofs were missed during my home inspection.... thankfully the crew at Tri-State came to the rescue! They were able to temporarily tarp my roof to stop the immediate problems until I was able to sell my house in NY to be able to cover a total roof repair! Finally able to settle into our new home in Mass, thank you!

All these good reviews are legit. Had a leak in our old roof. John returned my call promptly and came out the next day. Very honest, easy to get along with. John spent time explaining things to me and answering my endless annoying questions. ud83dude01 Price was very fair and my wife and I didn't bother getting other quotes. They came out in a week, on time, crew was fantastic and smiling. It was an absolute pleasure having them here. Clean up was great. We feel very relieved to know we have a quality roof now and very safe knowing these guys are men of their word. It means so much to us to have people we trust.nWe will be using them for our next projects too.

I contacted them last week to replace my roof, the following day John came over and inspect the house and provided a fair price; yesterday (less than a week after I contacted them) the came over my home around 7 AM and before 3 pm, everything was completed! very professional people, no mess left, I work from home and I thought that the noise was going to be bad, but it didn't even bother me at all, plugged my headphones and worked like any other day, I will highly recommend this company!
