The movers were nice. was able to book then last minute. They are able to move pianos. Ended up being very costly because of the lack of transparency with the amount of time it takes to move. My move took 7 hours. I still don't know how. Getting the stuff out of my apartment into the truck was about 3 hours. Don't know why it took 4 hours to unload at the warehouse. Also they did another job in between mine, so it is still unclear whether that pause was included in my 7 hours. I have yet to see my stuff at the warehouse. It's not like a storage unit you can just pop in and get what you want out. After my stuff left the apartment, I never saw them again. I called once to pull a few things out but never got a response. I trust that they are in storage crated up as I was told. I'll update this post and rating when I get to see them or when I move them out of there.

They were professional at every step of the process. The pricing was very reasonable and the movers were super efficient and took less time than we ever anticipated. Absolutely awesome wish I could give it 10 stars

Massad movers were amazing for our move! They arrived on time, and were fast, efficient, and careful. Super crew - professional and positive attitudes! My antique piano, glassware (and, in fact, everything) arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks to the wonderful hard-working guys!

I highly recommend Phillip Massad's team! The guys that came to help with my move were so friendly and down to earth. Hard workers who got the job done quickly and correctly. The process of scheduling the move was pleasant and stress free. The staff on the phone is friendly and straightforward. They charge by the hour and the price estimate I was quoted was almost spot on. No hidden fees, no trip charge (only the driving time), no labor fees, no truck fees. I am very impressed with the company and I look forward to working with them again for my future moving needs. I recommend to just be aware that they may charge for longer time than it actually took to make the move, that's because they calculate the time from when they leave their facility to when they get back, which was not a problem for me because my move was local anyways. I was under the impression that they start the time when they arrive and they stop when they are done unloading, but this is incorrect. Still the best rate around and the best quality and service I could have hoped for! Thank you for making it simple and worry-free!
