Building is in very poor condition and needs a lot of work.nFloors are ripped up, stairs outside are falling apart and in a recent trip there, pieces of the ceiling were on the floor.nI took out the unit specifically for the loading dock, but recently the staff has allowed a tractor trailer to be parked in front of the loading dock blocking access to it. It has been there for over a week. Due to the fact that I can no longer count on having access to that loading dock, I was forced to move to a new facility that is in much better condition with multiple loading docks to ensure access will never be an issue.
Lighting is by motion. There are not enough sensors and where my storage unit was located, I was forced to work in the dark, w/flashlights. This is a horrible, unsafe environment for a single disabled woman.nThe flooring is disintegrating in many places. In several places you can literally see daylight. They are not wood but pressed particle board. You haven't lived til you hit a rut and everything you packed on the very old,hard to push, flatbed goes flying off.
No trouble getting things done. All packed with plenty of room. Now for the rest of my things done for now.

The workers in the office would call to check in on me about payment if my card did not go through. Friendliest customer service I've had in a long time. Made it hard for me to move out.
