Bought my wife a wedding ring ,diamond new i wanted to stay about 1500.00 and she showed her exactly what we needed did not rush us and let my wife select her perfect wedding ring she loved ...plus the warranty any kays i can go to, to service ring or clean

This store is the best of the jewelry stores in the area. They are always helpful and smiling even when I'm only there to have the jewelry cleaned. They get to know their customers and genuinely care about them. I won't shop anywhere else for jewelry

Went to get my ring sized in November. Walked around for 15 minutes before anyone approached me. When they did the woman was completely rude... walked away from me and didn't ask me to follow her . Didn't try to make conversation with me. She seemed incredibly put off that she was helping with sizing and not making the sale. Very snobby. When trying on ring sizes she threw the sizes at me. She didn't help me try them on and didn't tell me how it was supposed to fit. The sizing was for an engagement ring... She asked if I was actually planning on wearing it every day. Would the sizing be different if I didn't wear it everyday? But it is an engagement ring so I do plan on it! I will never go back to this Kay's. They completely lost my business. When I went back to pick up the ring a different woman bring me out and was extremely pleasant but it wasn't enough to fix my tainted experience.

My fiance went for a ring re-sizing, took them nearly 2 months to get it back because they have to send it somewhere for any ring adjustments. When we got it back, not only was the ring filthy, it was missing a diamond!!! And the staff didn't even notice, they just handed it to her. I'm just glad my fiance caught it right away, otherwise they would've told us we lost it. In order to get the diamond replaced, they had to send it out again and wait another month! It's service like this is why the Auburn Mall is suffering a slow death.. Stay away from these chains.. Go to your local reputable jeweler.

Me and my fiancé came here to purchase our wedding rings last week. Before we went in my fiancé called because we are using her great great grandmothers diamond so we wanted to make sure there would be no problems. We spoke to Marie on the phone and she was very helpful and told us to come in when we could. We walked in and another lady (not sure her name but she said she was the assistant manager and was very young) she told us that she would help us instead of Marie helping us. We explained what my fiance wanted for her ring and she showed us a few different things but nothing was really popping out to us. After trying on a set my fiance said she liked it and took a picture of it to show her grandmother. After that the woman proceeded to write it up and give us our price and tell us she already called the other stores and have the rings being sent over as a special order. We felt stuck at that point. We left there and my fiancé got home and started crying. She felt so pressured and rushed into buying the rings, there was no time to think. It was definitely our fault for not saying that we needed more time to think but she should not have went ahead and ordered them. The girl was so pushy you could tell she just wanted to make a sale. The next morning my fiancé called and told her she would like to cancel the order and look around some more before making a final decision and the woman said that she knows the ring we had picked out is the one she wanted. Again, trying to finalize a sale for herself. She had no desire helping us find what we wanted, didn't listen to us and our wants. These are our wedding rings that we will have forever. We were very disappointed in this womans service and ended up going to the kay jewelers in millbury. Jean helped us there for 2 hours and we ended up having a ring completely custom made. She was amazing helping us look at every options trying on many styles and eliminating the ones we didn't care for. That's what it should be about. Definitely will not be using the Kay's in auburn again.
