No longer answers their phone. Finally made contact, and was quoted an outrageously overpriced policy, was told I needed to pay in full, AND pay an expired fee that I'm sure Joseph would have pocketed. Sorry, not today.nnWithin 5 minutes, I was able to get better help at a MUCH better insurance agency. My full coverage policy was quoted at $1,500 less than what Joseph offered.nnAt this much, much better agency, I only had a small down payment, the expired fee was waived (clearly) and I was ON MY WAY - this all occurred within a 4pm-5pm time span.nnY'all messy.

My life is very busy, wife kids and a dog, I do not have time to call 800# and push ten thousand buttons!!!! When I need service for my auto policies(my daughter many accidents) all I have to do is call Kenny and a person answers the phone. And they take care of the service, they do not push me off to a 800#. hard to find service like that today!
