Aaron Tillberry: Allstate Insurance

I m very disappointed with this insurance agent. They left a “new agent” by himself in the office, all the while he is giving out incorrect information to customers. Because of this incorrect information I was given my insurance has been cancelled and they “will not be able to reinstate at this time”. I was told that he would have a “talking to”. But that doesn’t exactly help my situation in having no insurance.nBefore that incident I had called countless times asking why my insurance was so high, and I could never get an explanation. As a person who has only been in one car accident TEN YEARS AGO, my insurance should not be 3K a year. After asking countless times to have this researched and I was assured I would get a call back and I never did.nI did not get an explanation as to why my insurance was high, until today when they told me my insurance was cancelled.nnThere will be NO consequences for any of the employees who failed to do their job correctly, however I will now directly lose my job because of not being able to get to work now. I am being punished for one of their employees careless mistakes.nnThank you Lundgren AllState insurance for making a mess out of yet again someone else’s life.nnP.s. maybe don’t leave the rookie alone in the office so you can all go have drinks.nnAnd probably don’t listen to a word that the guy who sits in the back corner has to say, because it will be incorrect and screw you over.

We purchased a vehicle at Lundgren Honda 2 years ago and at that time, the Allstate Rep offered to review our current coverage. They reviewed both our vehicle and homeowner policies. We ended up with better coverage and even with the newer vehicle, we saved a substantial amount of money. Plus the switch over was easy and painless. So glad we made the switch!
