I have been using their slab saw for years. I use it almost daily and have never had a single issue. If there is a tool that I own and would recommend it is their slab saw. I would say that I have cut 1000's of rocks into slabs and it still looks and runs like the day that I set it up. If all my tools could only perform as well.nnThank You so much for a quality product that will most likely last me a lifetime.

I own the 12 inch slab saw, C8 cabbing machine, and everclean system. They are all great! The Highland park Lapidary Co. Have answered many of my questions and have been great on the customer service side of things. Happy to continue to be their customer.

I'm in the process of rebuilding a 50yr old R-1 20 inch slab saw. Over the years the previous owners removed things and modified others making it a bit difficult to determine what parts to use. To help answer my questions the first person I spoke with suggested I send a video. After reviewing the video they called back to schedule a phone call with Sherman.nI have to say it was a great experience to speak with someone so passionate and knowledgeable of their product. Sherman noticed right away one of the pulleys was the wrong size and identified which worm gear from the 16 inch saw parts list would fit the existing power feed screw. After this we discussed the interchangeability of the arbor shaft bearings. Sherman noted that if the new bearing didn't fit between the existing welded on adjustment nuts I could disassemble the new bearing and install them into the old bearing frame. Of course he had a video showing how to do just this.nAll in all I was extremely satisfied with everyone I spoke with at Highland Park and most of all I appreciated their philosophy of not changing the equipment design. This made rebuilding a 50 yr old machine worthwhile.

I bought a slab saw from Highland Park Lapidary, and have been sawing rocks regularly for a couple of months. The machine is professional. The service is friendly and competent. The packaging of the saw was a piece of art in itself. Kudos to your overall attitude. I very much like your cosmetic grade cutting oil. Slight, pleasant smell, and good on my hands.nIt helps for machine operators to have at least a bit of mechanical aptitude to adjust and troubleshoot a machine. It's also helpful to watch the excellent videos from the company. It made me much more comfortable with the saw even before it got to me. Rock on.

This is the best equipment I have ever used. The product is high quality built to last and if you have any questions they are great for talking you through it or watch the videos and it will explain everything. I will only buy from highland park from now on and not waste my money trying to get cheaper products.
