Needed an appliance and saw that Manny's in Sutton recently opened so figured I would give them a call. I spoke with Mark D one of the sales representatives. First, their price beat everyone else I called (I called 3 other places), secondly, their customer service is outstanding - I couldn't get to the store so Mark was willing to handle everything over the phone and offer me 1 year no interest financing. On top of that, Mark even personally delivered it to my house as the delivery schedule was booked for over a week. I was blown away and so impressed by him going above and beyond. Great work Mark and I'll definitely be back to Manny's in the future! :-)

I feel so lucky!! After dealing with a chain hardware store to try to get a dishwasher purchased/installed and finally giving up, I found Manny's. Manny's had a better dishwasher for the money and was able to get it installed for me that same day!!!! In addition, Jon gave exceptional customer service throughout the process and made it enjoyable. Jon is the bomb!! (In a good way!) I will definitely go to Manny's again and I would highly recommend them for your appliance needs!!

We needed new appliances and decided to give Manny’s a try. The sales representative, Mark D, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He tried to make sure we got what we wanted and tried to keep the price within our budget. I have already recommended Manny’s to some of my family members! Looking forward to delivery day!

A friend recommended I go to Manny's for a washer because he had such a good experience with a purchase he made there. I'm so glad I followed his recommendation. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with Jim B. Jim was knowledgeable about the products and showed me exactly what I was looking for. No high-pressure sales to purchase something I didn't really want. Delivery and setup went well also. Two delivery people showed up on time and were fast and efficient in bringing in and setting up my washer. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I was so impressed that I returned to see Jim yesterday to purchase an induction range. Again, great customer service and competitive prices. I am redoing my kitchen and will be returning again to see Jim to purchase a few more things. I won't even look anywhere else. I highly recommend Manny's in Sutton and Jim B for any appliance purchases!

We had a great experience with Manny’s Appliances when redoing our kitchen! John was a huge help and took away all of the stress of picking new appliances! John was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as we decided what would be best for us! We have already recommended Manny’s to our friends and will continue to do so! Thank you!
