We had problems with a service previously received by this company and I called to see what they could do. The technician they sent out, Aaron, came at 7:30 on a Thursday and was absolutely amazing. He fixed what was wrong, was friendly, informative and incredibly efficient. My five star rating is really for him. Request him if possible!

We needed plumber to set the correct heat for one of our showers. Bernie from AEC came and made the adjustment within an hour. Thank you!

Had them out to repair a boiler that was still turning on even after all thermostats had reached temperature. It turned out to be an issue with a zone valve. The tech said she would turn off one zone, but she was unable to tell us which one it was (another company after had no problem determining this quickly). All she could assure us is that it was not the hot water zone. We would then have to wait for a part and schedule another appointment (a week later with a heat zone off). The next day after taking showers/doing the dishes we ran out of hot water. It turns out she DID turn off our hot water zone and had no idea. I called back after hours and we were able to get her back out the next day. She came back again to fix the hot water that was broken. We were charged for this repair even though their tech broke it. She told us the water was warming up and would take awhile and it was all set. The water was slightly warmer but not for long, it eventually went back to 100% cold and the hot water never worked AGAIN. So both times they came out our original issue was never fixed and now we have no hot water for several days with little kids. I ended up calling someone else who was able to fix the hot water, the overheating issue, and clean up some wiring issues that this tech likely caused all in less time than it took to get a diagnosis! I will never use this company again and now it is a fight to get any money back at all from them for fixing nothing and leaving our family with no hot water. Hopefully this was a one off case but it was too bad for us to risk using them again.

Came out to fix my steam boiler with very short notice. The plumber was very quick and thorough, and gave me some good tips on how to maintain the system going forward. Prices were very competitive. Would definitely recommend them.

We scheduled routine annual maintenance for our Geo-thermal Heating system and it was determined that there was a leak in the main coil which required it be replaced. The company that manufactured the heat-pump provided the replacement coil free of charge as it was a known issue with this specific heat-pump. The coil was installed by Aaron who had the job done in less than 4 hour, but was confronted with a difficult time getting the heat-pump performing well. He spent a considerable amount of time testing the system and resolving the problem. The heat-pump is working well and just in time for the first snow of the year. He was polite, responsible to our home and did an outstanding job repairing our system. Nice work, nice company, nice system!
