Auburn oral surgery and Implant Center

Today I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted! This is something I have been putting off for more than 5 years due to horrible anxiety! I’ve made appointments in the past with other offices and never felt like I was in good hands and would always cancel day before until I found Auburn Oral on Google, my family has had all their wisdom teeth removed here, being older than I originally was when I planned on having them taken out way back when, my anxiety has gotten a little better, although I did bawl my eyes out upon sitting in the chair to finally have them out, they were so reassuring and all there for me, from the time I walked In (10 min) before my apt. The total process was about 40 minutes long - so I’m told by my boyfriend, I was sedated (also something that has scared me for a long time) and the dentist assured me all would go smooth and I was in great hands! He was right! They had me sedated as soon as they could and got right to work! I do not recommend anyone else but here! Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had for a what’s not supposed to be so pleasant experience! All my wisdom teeth were impacted and they all came out in one piece! It went better than originally expected! I’m so honored to have been able to see Auburn Oral for the removal of my teeth, I cannot recommend them enough! They were right there beside me to comfort me as I woke up until I was coherent and ready to get back on my feet. I don’t have insurance which is tough at most dentists but they did what they could to work with me and I appreciate that immensely! I am so thankful for such a wonderful, positive, painless experience! I am at the end my first day with them out I have no swelling, and barley any pain besides in one that originally hurt me previously due to the amount of gum surrounding it when I ate, I have been eating (normally) since mid - day today, soft foods and was even able to eat some soupy mashed potato’s and over cooked carrots, when I thought all I’d be able to stomach today was jello, absolutely no nausea at all, very grateful for such a smooth operation and recovery because of all the amazing staff at Auburn Oral! Thank you to Everyone! If you are scared about getting them out don’t Be! Just go and do it! The sooner the better! The sooner you go the sooner you don’t have to deal with it down the road! Not as bad as people make it seem! And thank you for dealing with my loopiness and repetitive comments and questions ud83dude00

I have a panic attack at the thought of going to the dentist! But don't worry, this office and staff are exceptional. All were courteous and reassuring. The doctor, and his assistant, made it a pain free and relaxing experience! No one 'wants' an extraction, yet I would go back any time. For those who suffer from 'Dental Anxiety' (like me); you will have no issues here. The office is easy to contact and will readily respond to email questions. BIG plus!

I had to have a tooth removed due to a failed root canal procedure elsewhere. Dr Layeeg Ahmed did a great job for me. Kathy was his assistant and was wonderful and explained everything to me. I felt no pain and my recovery was easy. As an adult I never had this procedure done and could not have a better experience. I highly recommend Auburn Oral Surgery

I wish I was able to like this place, because it’s so close to my residence, and the office staff were so friendly! Unfortunately, I will not be getting my wisdom teeth removed here.nnThe location plain and simple is horrible. It’s next to a really shady motel. I know this is something the staff cannot change, but it is a factor for me.nnInternally, the building and equipment were old. Instead of labels they used tape with pen writing on it to label cabinets. I wished it looked newer inside and actually someplace that I’d want surgery done.nnLastly, but most importantly, I felt a huge disconnect and some rude behavior from the dental physician. Again, the office staff were fantastic, but the doctor who saw me confirmed my decision to never come here.nnHe walked in my room without introducing himself, I didn’t know his name out of the two physicians who practice there. One of the first things he said to me was “why are you getting your wisdom teeth out now, you’re so old.” This made me feel uncomfortable. I understand medically, it’s preferred for wisdom teeth removal to be done before reaching adulthood, but I’m only 25. And that’s just not how you say or talk to patients. He spent maybe 10 minutes with me overall, and then walked me to schedule the oral surgery.nnI’m sorry, I have to mention this too- I called to cancel my appointment because it’s my choice to do, and I did feel uncomfortable. I get a call back from that doctor arguing with me about my feelings that he was rude. I mentioned, do I even have to explain to you why I don’t want to come here? And he said yes. Sorry, guy, I don’t need to argue with you about why I don’t want you to do surgery on me. That call back really confirmed my decision to not come here.
