I decided to go with Paul's Mobile Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, after seeing excellent reviews (and wanting to support a local business). Service was fantastic, the work was done well and quickly. However, I was not satisfied with the glass that had been installed. one phone call, and the staff really went out of their way to make sure I was happy in the end, coming back and replacing the glass again and not charging me additional labor or for the defective parts. They were wonderful to deal with and clearly care about customer service. I'm really glad I decided to go with them, and would recommend their high quality service to anybody.

After poor experiences with the TV Ad company I decided to try a smaller independent business. Paul's was on time and excellent. Not fancy, pretty plain exterior, but obviously very experienced and careful with my 4Runner. High recommended.
