I would absolutely recommend this doctors office to everyone and anyone. First, booking your appointment is easy! The reps picking up the phone are friendly and understanding. They listen when you talk. The doctors are so professional and helpful. They try to resolve the issue on your physical visit so you don't have to come back. I came to Auburn Dermatology in 2018 with an outbreak of severe eczema. They worked with me to figure out the best treatment, worked with my insurance company to get me approved for the medication (Dupixent) and even helped me sign up for a discount program so the treatment has a minimal cost to me. Front office staff are always pleasant, appointments run on schedule and are able to be made promptly, and the doctors and assistants are very professional and knowledgeable. This treatment has literally changed my life. Highly recommended!
I have been going here for years, the staff is so kind and friendly and the doctors are amazing! They take care of all my skin problems and always take the time to answer all of my questions which is important to me. I most recently had a laser treatment done to remove a birthmark and it came out phenomenal!
