Orange Salon

I was literally 5 minutes late and the owner Paul was the one that did my hair and gave me shampoo for inconveniencing me because his appointment ran over. Basically to sum it up the world would be a better place probably a perfect place if all businesses acted accordingly. Absolutely love this place!!!! ❣ufe0f❣ufe0f❣ufe0f

I would’ve recommended this Salon up until today. My experience today was completely unprofessional and in my opinion quite rude. I scheduled an appt for ombré/balayage and a cut. I went in, super excited even though I couldn’t get in with the stylist who has previously done my hair. I had done my research and chose to have Liz as my stylist. Well... I went in and left with my hair looking the same. They didn’t touch my hair and instead told me they couldn’t do the entire service. She offered to do my roots only and then wanted me to schedule an appt to come back in a week and get the rest of my hair done. When I booked the appt online, it specified that Liz takes 4 hours and 15 mins to do the service I was requesting. I only get my hair colored once a year if I’m lucky (mom of four) so yes my roots had grown in some but like I mentioned I’ve gone to this salon many times and always after months and months of growth. Never ever ever has it been an issue with the amount of time it would take to do the color. For whatever reason today was different. I was completely floored to be honest with you. I couldn’t believe that this high scale salon would have me sitting in the chair for easily a half hour, or more, and go from ok awesome it’s all good let’s do this color to all of a sudden there isn’t enough time to do what I had booked the appt for. Makes no sense!!!! I find it so unprofessional and disrespectful to do this to a paying client. At first I agreed to just reschedule the appt altogether and come back next week to do the whole thing. However, I have since decided I will NOT be returning to orange salon for any kind of service and it’s really unfortunate because the couple of stylists I’ve had there have done a wonderful job at coloring my natural red hair. I have friends that are in the industry who said there was no reason for this stylist to waste my time like she did today. I will not be returning and I must say it’s not the first time I’ve dealt with a rude employee here. Customers should be your number one priority and taking care of them as well as making sure they leave your salon happy with the service they’ve received. I was not at all impressed I was not at all happy and in fact felt really disrespected and confused. Tomas was phenomenal at coloring my hair and highly would recommend him but Liz I would steer clear of unless you want to show up and not get the services you booked your appt for. Any time I have gone to orange salon they’ve done my base color and ombré or balayage in 3-4 hours without a problem. So there should’ve been no issue with the amount of time that Liz put aside for my appt- 4 hours and 15 mins is what it says is needed when I booked an appt online for the services I wanted. I’m disgusted, upset, feel disrespected and like they could’ve cared less that I am a returning paying client. I’ve now cancelled the appt for next week at Orange Salon, and will instead be going to a much higher class salon in Natick called Jesamondo Spa. They have raving reviews and for me it’s well worth the hour drive to get my hair done at a salon who values their customers.

Just had my hair done by Jessica! I had a full foil done and I am in SHOCK at how gorgeous my hair came out. She took the time to listen and understand the changes I wanted to make to my hair. I went in with my roots grown out and had about 5 different shades of blonde from previous highlights. She took her time and made sure it was done right! I walked out with all the same colored highlights that blended beautifully with my natural color. Very pleased with my experience and grateful again Jessica took the time to make sure I was happy with the outcome!

Love this place. Everyone they're is friendly and professional. I see Tyler and he is so talented with both cuts and color, long or short hair.
