The store store itself and the associates are awesome.nnI’m rating this 1 star review for the services.nnBooked a hair appointment at 3 pm and got scheduled online at 4 pmnnGot a message saying that the hair tech had another appointment at 4:15 pm so they moved mine at 4:45 pm.nnArrived at the store at 4:35 pm and checked in, and of course, they took another appointment and wanted to push mine back again.nnHow unprofessional.nnWhat’s the point of setting up appointments with you if you keep on taking whoever you want whenever you want.nnThis is the first time it happened to me with Ulta’s hair appointments.nnVery disappointing! Specially, I just took off of work to get this done and had to leave my meeting earlier than I should! Very inconvenient!nnFix your online scheduling system and be more professional in taking clients!nnJust because YOU THINK it’s okay to take favors to your regular clients and can just pushover new ones, IT’S WRONG AND NEVER OKAY!nnNani B. be professional!
I love this place! It’s so bright, refreshing and welcoming there. The staff were helpful but not overbearing, and made me feel welcome. My anxiety can make me overthink and be nervous to go into such pretty places like that. At checkout, I had accidentally grabbed a display item. The girl ran to the back to look for more, but unfortunately they had ran out. Totally fine. She grabbed me something else for me to try at the same price and said it was an amazing product! I was happy to take her suggestion. Honestly amazing place. Clean, organized.
Has a good variety and you're not being sold on certain brands! Friendly staff, clean store and has covid safety measures in place!
Super nice staff and a vast selection of both high end cosmetics and beauty products.
I always find what I'm looking for and even more.
