I have been a rewards member and coming to this exact outback for over 3.5 years. Today on a special occasion I went online and then called ahead to confirm that I would in fact be able to dine in here. Upon arrival (which I purposely did early just to be sure) I am told that the whole “guest list/reservation” is actually nothing and means pretty much nothing. Guess it was more of “I might show up tonight to eat there”. The young girl I spoke tried to sugar coat it in the best way she could, I have never had a bad experience with the staff here ever. I just felt wronged to the point where I felt it necessary to write a review. If you can’t guarantee seating even with the online scheduling and with the call ahead you should probably make that very clear on the website and Let People Know.

This location is know for its high traffic. Highly recommend you add your self to the waitlist ahead of time and check in once you arrive. The kitchen can experience high levels of traffic at times and I want to thank Shirley G. And Tracy for their exceptional customer service

Went earlier with my boyfriend, had a few appetizers and drinks and got meals and dessert to go. Took forever to get anything we ordered. When we got home and went to enjoy our food we noticed one meal was all wrong and missing half the order. Steak was cooked incorrectly and was missing shrimp and macaroni and cheese side. You’d think after spending 150$ we’d get everything we ordered. Highly disappointed. Never going back.

Didn't have prime rib?? Our food was overly salted and coldish when it finally arrived. The waiting staff was awesome! She checked in on us several times. It seems to me that the manager should step their game and make sure that the operation is smooth. Maybe have been a total of 12 people in the entire restaurant. How can you not have an efficient operating system. What's gonna happen when they're at full capacity?
