Been in this location since they were sovereign and with Santander since I lived in Puerto Rico over 20 years now, love this bank and the location is very close to me, plus the online services they offer are easy and fast.
Good Experience here. They fixed my debit card issue quickly. The stuffed pigs on the counter are an added plus and lighten the mood.
Good service but one of the tellers is rude. Heavy set non american lady !!!
If you want to get a better service then THIS BANK IS NOT THE ONE. It's very horrible service.
Came in to resolve an issue with my debit card and the guy I spoke with was condescending throughout the entire experience. I moved to Texas this year and kept Santander as a second bank since I've had good interactions with them for years and I can do most of my banking online, but this visit was unpleasant enough I'm tempted to just close out my account.
