A Credit Union that's only.open until 12 PM on Wednesday's and closed in Thursday's. That's rediculous! I was planning on opening an account until I saw the hours. I'm glad I checked the hours, first. If you don't mind doing business with a bank that has part time hours, check it out. I heard it's a good bank with a friendly staff.
I’ve been a part of this bank for 20 years and have had a great experience. I have personal and business accounts here. I do want to say I do most of my banking out of the Whitinsville branch which is wonderful. There is a man named Jeff Cuberley, I appreciate the help that he has given me. I would not of got the things done without his direction and help. Employees are what make Company great!
My experience with Webster CU is nothing but disappointed and frustrated. application for HELOC pending takes weeks and the people working there are not responding to your concerns either. Its big mistake.
