They were very helpful and quick to attend me. They answered all my questions and where prompt in finding the best way and time for me to get my permit.
Building department in Revere is awful. is not organized is dirty and the employees are not nice. Communication is horrible, they abused the consumer's time. It seems there are not procedures to be followed ...you get a different request or information, in a same subject, at every try to connect with this department . Very sad to see so much arrogance and so little service in a city that is growing rapidly .
