Brian did work for us on my Moms estate and did an excellent job. He is personable and competent. I would recommend to others looking for an attorney for elder law.

For starters, don't expect to be able to ask any questions of the attorney before hiring him. He hides behind his assistant who in retrospect is a salesperson. She said a number of things that simply ended up being false including suggesting time involved would be far less than it ends up being. Also, this guy is a far left liberal - he even retweets stuff onto his website Twitter feed from Aljazeera.
