Dr. McNulty always goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible, always taking the time to not only throughly explain but to make you feel as if you are her main priority! Her care and compassion are like no other!

I decided to transfer to a different office in my 33rd week because I wasn’t feeling comfortable with my care. It was my first pregnancy and with the COVID-19 pandemic I was feeling pretty anxious. My paperwork was lost several times, I felt like my questions were brushed off or not important, and I was scolded when my appointments were cancelled and I was never called to reschedule. I wasn’t given any information about how the practice worked, or what to expect during delivery. I had a birth plan, but the provider I explained it to said “We’ll see what happens when we get there.” When I was trying to obtain my records to transfer, I could not find anyone in the office to do it correctly. After several tries I finally printed out over 100 pages of records on my own computer from their online forum. Once I transferred I didn’t hear from the office at all until the day before I was due asking where I had been and I needed to make an appointment to be seen immediately. I’m hoping my “not so great experience” was due to the stressful work environment of the medical field during the time of a pandemic.

I have been going to this practice Weymouth for 40 years. Very professional, very welcoming group. I have not experienced anything that I have been reading on previous posts.
