this salon was horrible i went to cut my hair and she ruined it she cut it in layers when i asked for it to be straight, she for got a huge chunk of hair and took a bunch of money, it looked like a second grader cut my hair, not only that but she was tugging on my head calling me names, and then she wanted to cut it to my shoulders, i had to go to another hair salon to fix the mess they made, i can not believe this. this is extremely embarrassing for their company, only come here if u want horrid hair!nnthe owner is very disrespectful, i am not a troll, not only me but also my aunt went to cut her hair the same thing happened to u, how embarrassing of u and ur company to lie about this.

I recently moved to the area and was searching for a good place to start getting my hair done. I searched reviews of a bunch of different salons and thought I was just getting a simple hair cut, so I should probably be safe no matter what. I picked this place after looking at the reviews and was excited for my first appointment. I was able to get in pretty quick, so I was happy about that. I went in to get my hair cut with Jackie and was super happy about the outcome and experience because she was also super kind, friendly, and nice to talk to. The hair cut I believe was around $54 and I tipped $11. I went home all happy about my new haircut, but then at one point I realized one side looked about an inch longer. My family claimed that it just looked like that because of the way she blow dried it, and I was like that's probably correct. Two days later after showering I brushed it straight down and noticed one side really was about an inch longer. I ended up emailing and calling and leaving a voicemail since it was past closing time. I talked to the Pinehills location the next morning. Got no apology. This was on Saturday, and they told me I could not get in until Wednesday. I said it does not need to be with Jackie, they told me Tuesday. I asked if the receptionist if she could check with the Exit 5 location (36 minutes away from my house), and she goes I can give you the number. I said I'll just get it off the website. I then called the other location and they told me Tuesday I believe. I asked again really? Since I was bothered that the salon made a mistake and they wouldn't fit me in. I finally got an appointment on that day and rushed over there. I got there and the stylist still could not manage to make the sides equal. I had to keep telling her to cut it and she didn't believe me, so I asked for another set of eyes. Another lady came over and started cutting all around my head and finished. I couldn't completely tell, and I said it was fine. I tipped $5 because I felt bad, but I went into the car and noticed it was still uneven. I went home and ended up just cutting it by myself. About $68 and about an hour and a 1/2 of driving for this awful experience. Will not be going back or recommending this salon to anyone.

Just had haircut after 5 months. I arrived and called to gain entrance. I asked to pay on the phone prior to my haircut to lesson the amount of time inside the salon. Danielle took my temperature and seated me in the front of the salon with plexiglass separating her chair from client and hairdresser next to us. Everything was clean and Danielle said it was disinfected prior to my arrival. Danielle cut my hair wet, again cutting down on time inside, and it looks great. No need for a blow dry either. One of my best cuts to date and I am getting up there in age.

This salon is great. I have been searching for a salon to be my home salon for months, decided to give CD in Plymouth a try and I won’t go anywhere else again. Karyn was the stylist that did my cut, she was amazing and took time to ensure it was cut perfectly, very nice and so easy to hold conversation with. Salon was very clean, everyone was very professional and clearly took pride in their work. Overall a great experience! I’ll never go anywhere else for my hair needs again!

I can't recommend this salon enough! Perfect location, easy parking, and the care and attention that goes into every service is absolutely amazing.
