Unethical and childish company. My wife booked a tour for 8 people several weeks in advance through a website. Seven days before the scheduled and paid tour they left a voice mail asking for her to cancel the tour and call them directly to schedule. They did not want to pay the website fee. She was out of town and unable to spend the hour or so of her time it would have taken to cancel and then rebook that day. She needed to cancel within 7 days to get a full refund. She called Elevated and they would not return calls. She finally got a hold of someone the day before the scheduled tour and as soon as she told them her name, they hung up. They texted her to say they had cancelled because she did not follow their directions to take her time to cancel on the website and then call them back to book directly through their company. I have a big problem with a company that uses a service to sell their tours and then goes behind the service to avoid fees. Then they are not mature enough to talk to their customers and hang up on them. Judge for yourselves, but I would stay far away from Elevated and I would not expect them to be in business for very long.

NO SHOW! Do NOT book with this company! They don't answer phone calls or emails. I had booked a tour for 7 people including my aging parents - and we sat at the hotel waiting for the tour to pick us up and they were a no show. My mother-in-law was very disappointed that she didn't get to see the Choir perform being that we specifically went to Salt Lake on that Thursday to see them.
