I’ve been a customer since June of 2020. I followed my favorite stylist Rachel when she left another salon to work at Brian Richards. I love the bright and sunny atmosphere of the salon and the pleasantness of all who work there. Their COVID-19 protocols make me feel safe. And of course, I love Rachel! She’s the best. My cut and color never disappoint.
The staff as Brian Richard's are always pleasant and professional. Kelly is really talented and has never disappointed me. What makes Brian Richard's Salon stand out is their client support through the MA shutdown in the Spring - offering curbside color package pick-up, with how-to videos and written instructions. Genius idea that made many customers happy.
I’ve only been going here since March and am so glad I switched salons! So clean and professional with tons of positive energy. Dian is fantastic and my hair has never looked so good and healthy!
Brian Richards is amazing! I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows and all of the stylists are all so kind. I’m gonna miss them so much when I go to College in a few months
I’ve been a client of Brian’s for several years now and have always had a great experience and amazing cut and color, This holds true even during Covid! I rarely go indoors to places due to a high risk family and was nervous about heading in the salon for the first time since December 2019. I really had nothing to be nervous about though because the entire salon has done an amazing job of pivoting and separating everyone out and having so very few people in the salon all at one time, patrons and stylists included. If you are a client and haven’t gone back yet, I encourage you to give it a whirl, even if it’s just to buy product and see for yourself. If you’re not an existing client and are looking for a new do or fun color, I also encourage you to check them out!
