So I just got done with seeing Kimmy and let me just say it was amazing ! Aside from the fact that this was literally the only place open in Franklin on a Sunday after 5 PM, Kimmy made it even better. She was very patient and took her time with everything and actually asked me for feedback and let me know that it was OK to tell her if anything was wrong . Needless to say I really liked that because many places I have gone to don’t like it when you tell them you don’t like something and immediately give you a nasty attitude. Not Rose! She was great we had some nice conversations and i really love the color i choose. It was a little more expensive then I thought it would be but I guess I should have asked ahead of time. Over all i have no complaints and i am definitely coming back!
I usually go to a different place until we saw this in yelp. They are thorough and polite. Nail work and customer service is top notch. This is my *new* favorite nail salon and def recommend!

I got a French dip with tips, worst I've ever gotten. Looked terrible, uneven, and lifting up within a week. Not to mention it took well over an hour and a half
Been looking for a nail shop that would accommodate my hard to please standards. I don't doubt that they are GREAT. It's a calming place and clean. This is DEF my new nail salon of choice.
