Wayne was incredibly helpful and really took the time to offer advice and educate me on the specifics of the inspection. He was thorough, professional, and amazingly reliable. Within 24 hours from talking to him, I had a 40+ page report detailing the property. Highly recommend!

I used Wayne for an inspection on a home where my offer had been accepted. I called him on a Friday and he was able to come out the following Monday. He was on time, explained what his plan was, and told me to ask questions whenever I had them. I had a lot of questions and he was glad to answer them all. After 3.5-4 hours, Wayne wrapped up his inspection and said I would get the report that night. He kept his promise and that night I got a 40+ page report. Even after the report was sent, I texted Wayne further questions and he was quick to answer. I would recommend Wayne to anyone looking for a thorough and honest home inspection! 5 stars.

I have used Pro-Tech twice now, once for a single family home purchase and once for a condo purchase. The inspector was deliberate, detail oriented and professional. The inspector identified a number of issues, some small and some more significant during both purchases, in both cases resulting in a price reduction of thousands of dollars. The report was prepared quickly and included a description of the inspectors observations, supported by photographs, as well as a description of what would need to be done to resolve the issue.
