I had a great experience with Mike chase. The craftsmanship is too notch. Very easy to work with and has great communication skills. He did a great renovation at my house. Very clean and I would definitely use Chase Construction again!
Hired for a Full Bathroom remodel that needed to be waterproof and handicap friendly. They took the time to look up the specifications for railings and offered ideas that I would not have thought of. Easy to work with and flawless seams!!
Mike made a custom fireplace mantle and did some amazing tile work for us. Perfection... he is a craftsman.
We hired Mike for our deck project with specialty railings, replace a slider, take out a bay window and install a slider and replace double hung window in bathroom with a smaller window. He is definitely a solid finish carpenter but his level of work for framing is equally as strong. Throughly pleased with the level of work he did. He's a perfectionist and his quality of work is as if he lived there himself. Looking forward to future projects and utilizing him for them.
We hired Mike to add a bathroom, renovate an existing bathroom and remove a wall between two bedrooms to create a master bedroom and walk in closet.nThe quality of work I can’t say enough about. He goes above and beyond to make sure it is done right and that he uses the best products for the job. Mike explains to you what he is doing but more importantly why he is doing it.nThe timeframe he gave me for a finished product was exact, maybe even finished a few days sooner than expected.nOur next project will be the kitchen. I wouldn’t think of trusting anyone else with the job.
