Shane really made sure I received the best coverage. Excellent customer service and will remain with State Farm! Highly recommend. Although State Farm was higher compared tonProgressive, Shane was very knowledgeable and professional with me and offered me more bang for my buck. State Farm has serviced my family for decades and I’m glad to be back with the team!!

Shane was a pleasure to work with to set up the coverage that was right for us. When I recently had a claim, he was easy to reach and made the process very simple.

I bought a used car and called to have it added onto my insurance. While trying to drive it back to work on it I got a flat tire. I had to have the car towed, and the tow truck driver told me I didn't have coverage for the vehicle, because supposedly the coverage doesn't start on the first day.nnI called to ask why I wasn't informed of this when I called, added the car, and made the payment. The office told me they would file it and get me some money back. I waited about a week and didn't hear anything at all, so I called back. They acted super confused and told me I had to submit a receipt from the tow to file the claim. So I sent the receipt in next and waited another week. I called to find the status and they told me they had lost the receipt and needed me to resubmit it. So I sent it to them again and they told me I would have a check in a week. I then went out of town for three weeks. When I returned, there was no check. So I called AGAIN, and the people at the office had no idea what I was talking about.nnAt this point I began looking for a new insurance agent. Once I found new insurance, I called to cancel my policy. I was immediately put through to the person in charge, who seemed to know exactly what was going on with my situation, except that he thought I had just now submitted the tow receipt that I submitted 3 weeks and 4 weeks prior. He acted like they were doing exactly what they were supposed to, but didn't seem shocked that I was disappointed with the service, or really lack of service. I would highly recommend not going with this office, as they only seem interested in taking in premiums and not actually helping when situations arise.
