Great service, great communication.nLittle bugs and critters turn up dead and I am no longer terrified of the ant invasion.nNice guy too, even listens to stories of my younger days and my cats.nnOn the day they were scheduled they saw that I had some other work being done around the house. After seeing this, they indicated it would be best to do their spraying at another time. They completely changed their schedule to work with mine. Customer service still exist.nnHard to write long narrative for companies that do their job well, with a smile and communicate effectively.

Came to our house and took care of our problem and answered all questions we had. Gave us real peace of mind. Will definitely use them for follow up visits. So let me start off by saying WOW!! What a Amazing company BLR is! Would recommend them for anybody for any pest problem. Guarantee to do the best job ever. We had what we thought was a bed bug problem, well after Ben came and inspected, that’s what it was. We were devastated and here it was right here at Christmas. He has taken care of our problem and gave a guarantee that I bet no big company would do. But Ben was so helpful with us and very informative. Also when I had questions about anything he would answer. It didn’t matter if it was early in the morning or late at night. Which was a huge plus. I’m a big I’m using local businesses and I’m glad I did this time also cause it paid off. You don’t feel like your letting a stranger in your home what so ever. I was very comfortable leaving my house while Ben stayed and treated. He can more than confidently answer all your questions. So nice and kind. I’ll def be using Ben just for my regular pest control like spiders and other random bugs that enter your home in the spring and fall. Thanks again Ben and Tom for all y’all have done for my family and myself.
