Great shore diving spot. Did a night dive here and easy access to shore with a variety of sea life you can see here. Has a public bathroom and shower to rinse off on the beach.

Wonderful spot to set out and kayak to Turtle Town and snorkel! We had an excellent guide who took us around the coral, told us a little about the history of the islands, and showed us some fish and turtles! Definitely recommend this spot on your trip to Maui!

Fun little spot. Tried snorkeling here and saw sea turtles!

Saw lots of crabs on the rock and two turtles basking on the black beach.

Makena landing is so amazing. Its so beautiful there. Its also such a great snorkel spot.
