These people are incompetent and rude. Don't bother asking any real questions, because they can't answer you even with the report in front of them, and just write everything off to covid instead of giving educated, reasonable, responses. They're lucky my insurance covered the visit because I would not be paying them otherwise. Highly disappointed.

It is what it is. Customer service is good, the doc is great. Run very efficiently i took off stars for the actual owner who has directed staff to not fax prescriptions or anything to the va. Not real helpful. His decision costs me.

After years of doing injections with multiple doctors I have to say on maui they are seriously the best and most caring when it comes to your personal chronic pain care.nnMelissa who works the front desk is amazing in coordinating appointments helping with insurance information and very knowledgeable with any questions you should have pertaining to chronic pain care.nThey have helped me bring my pain level down to almost 50% less pain than I have been in since 2014.nnI seriously recommend this office if you are living on the island of maui and you are in chronic daily pain they actually truly care they are very compassionate and very good at maintaining chronic pain along with their patients.
