I’m a new patient of Dr Kato’s & couldn’t be happier!!!nnOffice staff, Jen, Dental Asst, Desiree, & Dr Kato make the visit to the Dentist so enjoyable!!! They’re a very unique combination of being the utmost professional, while being very personable.nnI’m looking forward to being a long term patient of Dr Kato’s.

I was really needing to get my wisdom teeth removed 3 months ago at the beginning of COVID. It was fine that my appointment got cancelled. When I was rescheduling the nurse was rude and disrespectful the whole time.nIt had been 3 months, I had moved and I couldn’t find the paperwork for my surgery.nI tried to call the office many times in the 3 days leading up to my surgery and I didn’t get an answer.nInstead the nurse called me back at a really inappropriate time. (7 pm the night before surgery)nAnd the nurse continued to go on and on lecturing me about losing my paperwork- a problem that could have easily been solved before the surgery if they had answered any of my calls the week leading up to it.nSo they cancelled my surgery and rescheduled 13 days later.nThis was not the first time the nurse had been rude. It seemed she always had a rude and demeaning attitude even before COVID? Maybe she really hates her job but there is no excuse to treat patients like that.nnShe continued to text me but I cancelled my surgery (even though I needed it 3 months ago)nFor the simple fact that I don’t think anyone would feel comfortable having such a big surgery when they’ve been treated so rudely by the people that work there.nnSo now I’m waiting to be referred to someone else.nnThe point is I really don’t recommend this office. It’s old, the workers are mean, it doesn’t seem sanitary.

Dr. Kato is a very good dentist. He made me feel right at home and his staff made me very comfortable. He showed me a video of what I was going to get done and I liked that. I look forward to getting my bottom denture because I know he will do a great job because he is a very caring person.

Wonderful and caring provider of dentistry. Great family oriented practice. I am familiar with his education and his daughter's education (the practice hygienist). My wife experienced his care in an emergency while we were on a Maui vacation. I heartily recommend him for you dental care.
