Hawaii Family Dental - Kihei

My dentist retired, I was nervous to find a new one. I called Hawaii Family Dental-Kihei. They were super nice, navigated me through the insurance process, I set up and appointment, Dr. Jeffery put me at ease right away and answered all my questions. I went in for the deep cleaning, Kari explained what was going on, she is very experienced. I had no pain during or after the procedure, which can be intense. I would highly recommend Hawaii Family Dental-Kihei. I want to thank everyone in their office for making my experience with them an excellent one. Mahalo!

I am very pleased with the care I received at Hawaii Family Dental. The staff are always very friendly, answer all my questions and get me in and out in a timely manner. Any time I had to wait more than 15 minutes past my appointment time, a staff member would apologize for the delay and keep me updated on when I would be seeing the doctor. Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled this morning and Dr. Gordon and his assistant Kylie far exceeded my expectations. He made sure that I was comfortable and able to communicate my needs if in any pain (which I wasn’t at all and still have no pain). The whole procedure took only 30 minutes, and the after care sheet they give you is very detailed. Mahalo Dr. Gordon and staff for exemplary care and customer service.

Jessie did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and doing the x-rays. I scheduled another appointment with her in July. Jessie has a very calming demeanor, plus she is very competent. She was also very informative about what she was doing and how to care for my teeth. The dentist who did my exam was very efficient in doing the exam. He saw no problems and informed me of that.

My experience at Hawaii Family Dental has always been excellent and the cleaning/x-ray procedure this trip was also great. I am always impressed by how gentle the staff is and how they listen and respond. They feel like family. Five star for sure.

Dr Thomas is clearly well practiced in dentistry. During procedures; he communicates clearly. This; while highly skilled staff sync seemlessly with his friendly and calm demeanor.
