I had a very bad experience with this place! I believe it’s owned by a couple.nI took a lot of clothes to them one time for dry cleaning and when I went to pick them up,the husband started a senseless kind of argument with me about the price, even though I had fully paid my bill, so I didn’t get a chance to check the clothes one by one and make sure they were all in good condition before I left the shop!nnThis happened the two times I was there as I did two rounds of pickup!nnBeing a busy period for me, I only realized most of the clothes were permanently stained and damaged after some good time had past, when I was hoping to wear them!nI dint think the owners of the dry cleaning place would accept responsibility, given the lapse of time!nnThis is when I realized that the husband had actually started the senseless argument to confuse the suitation and cover up their mess!!nI also remembered that when I did the first pickup, I had requested to see a particular dress that I had been told wasn’t ready at the time but they couldn’t bring it to me, instead the wife held it up from a distance in the back of the room, this turned out to be severely damaged!nnWorst dry cleaning ever!! Plz go somewhere else!
The guy (Asian dude) I met in the shop is a complete scumbag. I went to the shop to amend my pant that got ripped off at work. On negotiating on how much it should be done. This guy literally started kicking me out of the shop because he said $12 and I said he should do it for $5. I was completely dumbfounded. I have never done any review in my life but had to make time to do this. I had to get out immediately before he become more physical.
Good work. But they took me to the cleaners with their prices.
