Always so nice! Great customer service!
I found the set-up quite confusing - the machines are not grouped so that all of one size are together. It’s more expensive than the place I usually go (which is now closed). The worst part was that I put a towel, 2 hand towels, 1 dish towel, and a washcloth in a dryer, set it for 40 minutes on high, and the towels still weren’t dry.
Our office has had numerous issues with this laundry service company. We have been about a year now and have had issues at least 10 times now. From delivered wrinkled uniforms to dirty sent out items not being cleaned this is just unacceptable.. Numerous times they have not followed our requested pick-up/ drop-off schedule. They show up random days and don't drop off until the following week so we are short on uniforms. They have tried to rectify the situation once or twice by giving us a credit or sending the driver back with our needed items. However, after these issues happening over and over it is just unacceptable and unforgivable. We are now going to find a new laundry service.
Only dropped clothes off.
