Kramer’s installed our new kitchen as part of new construction. When we contacted them for follow up work / replacement service several times over the next three years they gave us the run around over and over again. Saying they would call to schedule, that they would come to measure, and scope the project, etc. after weeks and weeks of similar communications with no follow through we finally gave up. You should see the text threads that do on and on. Don’t use them if you want any follow up service. Just horrible the way Andy and his team will tell you he will help you and then drops the ball over and over again. Their customer service team is helpless as nothing can get done without Andy - in essence a one man show. The quality in the kitchen they installed was ok, not great. Don’t expect any service from them after they are gone. Even worse they give you lip service that they will scope a project for follow up business but don’t follow through over and over again. I strongly suggest staying away.
I got these nice cabinets 3 years ago and have had some trouble with them and can not get anyone to come and have a look/see.nImpossible to get a call back after they r in.
