Walace and his team just completed sanding, repair and refinishing our first floor hardwood flooring. It was an amazingly wonderful experience and I can't recommend him highly enough. Most importantly, the quality of work and results were fantastic. Really...perfect. The job was done efficiently and the care in dust control was excellent. The communication was flawless and for the three days of work...EVERY time...he arrived exactly on time when advised. And finally...his price was the MOST reasonable of ANY quote. I highly recommend Walace...and will definitely ONLY hire him for our next flooring work.
These folks perform outstanding work. This is the third time I have had work done by Wallace and the quality is second to none. A superior job each time. I would recommend these folks without any hesitation at all.
Heidi was wonderful. As she was tending to other people she was able to have someone bring what we needed from out back. She is a keeper!!
We have a mahogany floor on our front and back porches. I have tried to keep them looking new for many years with no luck. Walace came out and in one day lightly sanded them and applied a sealer and the results are amazing. He was very responsive and easy to work with. I will call him again for work inside my home, and I recommend him to everyone.
I highly recommend NAD for wood floor refinishing and repair as the entire experience exceeded expectations. First, the owner is exceptionally responsive and punctual. If he says he will be there at 3pm, expect him at 3pm. If he is going to be late by 5 minutes expect a call or text. Plus, throughout the job expect consistent updates via call or texts (often with pictures) so that you know exactly how things are progressing. In terms of quality, the owner's commitment to providing exceptional quality is unmistakable. On several occasions I was convinced to change my plans to improve overall quality - without any change in pricing. The final result (about 1000ft2 of floor refinished and quite a number of difficult repairs as the floor was hidden under carpet for many decades) was beyond my expectation. I will certainly be calling NAD again when I have additional work due to the quality provided, fair pricing, fantastic communications. The owner was also sensitive to other tenants and scheduled work on off hours to ensure minimal disruption - something I greatly appreciated.
