I want to express my appreciation for the young lady I spoke to this morning regarding 'illegal dump' of a couch on my property. She went out of her way to try and find someone who does bulky trash pickup, no longer the county. With all the 'recordings' I got on number to call for help; she was customer service in action! Mahalo nui, Vivian (?) I'm sorry I missed YOUR name. GOD BLESS your deeds and needs :)
