Fantastic job today by Bill Coffey! He took his time around the house, changed all the bait traps and anchored them back in place. More importantly, we have a new puppy and he took the time to explain to me exactly where he sprayed, and the safe areas for the dog to go in that first crucial hour. He was super nice and professional and a credit to the organization. We have been extraordinarily pleased with ROVE PEST CONTROL. They do an outstanding job every quarter, they are always on time, always leave a detailed review of their work and always follow through with any additional requests.
We switched to Rove because we were looking for better service and greater detail on what the services entail. We are on a regular maintenance program with the company and have had them out to do an extra treatment for ants in the summer and mice in the fall. The technicians are all really nice, knowledgeable and professional. They want to know that you understand what they are doing and what to anticipate following the treatment.nThey always take care to cover their shoes when they come in. They wear proper PPE when treating during the pandemic. They do regular customer service quality checks and are competitively priced. We highly recommend them.
Rove is a very thorough and fast responding company. The services they provide are always quick acting and successful. The service team is friendly and always checks in. We appreciate Rove, they are certainly a great pest control company!
Pete was extremely helpful and friendly. He not only helped us assess our rodent issue, but he found a hive of wasps inside the attic and got rid of them for us. That could have been a disaster if he hadn’t found it! Highly recommend!!
Bill Coffey has been super helpful. He is very accommodating and friendly. He has offered to help with a few different issues that we’ve had and offered great advice. He has even rescheduled at our request on a nice day since our kids were outside playing. Good customer service like this goes a long way, and is hard to find these days.
